Is it possible to see a preview of the designs with my wording and colour choice?
You want to make the right choice, and we understand that. However, the customization of our designs with your wording and colours will take time and we’ll have to make design adjustments to make everything looking nice together. This is why we can’t customize the design before you place your order. But don’t worry, you’ll have the chance to make some changes before you go to the final stage.
I placed my order and received a digital proof of the design but I made a mistake in my wording. Can I change it?
Yes, don’t worry ! Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a first .Jpg for validation. We include 2 free rounds of changes which means 3 .Jpg in total. Any Extra .Jpg will be charged £25. Our basic rule is that we’ll never print anything without your approval.
I'd like to add informations with my invitations, such as accommodations and directions to get there. I can't see anything similar in your shop, is this something you can do?
We are working hard to extend our range of items and collections, but this takes time and it’s not possible to show all we can do in one website. So yes, we can do your ‘accommodation list’ and ‘direction to get there’, and much more ! The best way is to contact us with your enquiry as detailed as possible and we’ll get back to you with suggestions and pricing.
Which paper do you recommend for the DIY printing ?
We recommend that you first check what’s the thickest paper your printer will allow. It is better to print on a superior thick paper. If you want to print double sided invitations, remember to choose a double sided paper. We also recommend that you choose the paper in real as it can be tricky to make this kind of decision online.
I need 2 different versions of the same invitation, with a different wording. How should I do ?
We’ll have to work twice on the design so you’ll need to place two different orders.
How long in advance should I place my order?
We ‘ll send you the first proof of your design within the 3 working days following your order. Then the turnaround time for production and delivery is around 14 working days once you approve your design.

But please, keep in mind that the workload can be heavier at some time of the year, those timings are just average.

Therefore, when possible, we recommend you place your order:
– at least 1 month in advance for invitations, save the date and magnets
– 3 weeks in advance for menus and place cards.
– 2 weeks in advance for guestbooks.

If you are in hurry, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see if we can fit your order into our shedule, we’ll always try to find a solution to work on your timings.

I don't have a Paypal account, how can I pay?
We chose to use Paypal as this is the most trusted online payment service. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still use your Debit card, Visa or Mastercard via the Paypal website, without creating an account.
