You can personnalise your stationery and add your personnal touch to it by changing the colours for free. Here is a colour chart to help you to find your own colour palette. If you can't find any specific colour, please send us a description, picture or pantone reference of it. Please note that due to possible variations of colours between printers and screens, this colour chart is for guidance only.

Papers

At Pepper & Joy we think that the quality of paper is crucial. That's why we have selected premium boards:
- A superior mat paper, slightly textured and very thick (250gsm). Combined with our digital printing, it will garantee you bright colours and a very high definition, even in small details. For all printed elements, except place cards.

- For printing reasons, our place cards come in a heavy smooth premium paper.

- We can print postcards on mat or glossy paper. The mat finish (slightly textured or smooth will give a vintage feel to your save the date, and the glossy finish will add some depth to your photo on your thank you card).

At Pepper & Joy, we really care about what you want, so please don't hesitate to ask if you would like to use another paper board. We will always do our best and see if this is something we could do. (Additional charges may apply).

DIY Printing

Once you have approved the Pdf, we'll send you a high-resolution Printable Pdf. It comes with corner crops marks to guide you in the cutting out, and with bleeds to prevent any shift. We have designed the Printable Pdf to be printed by yourself at home, on a regular printer. But you can also bring it to your local printer.

At Pepper & Joy, we'll do our best to make the perfect stationery that will reflect your personality. It's easy, just follow the guide :

1. Find your favorite designs and order up the samples of your choice.
   Remember, we can customize any design
   you like.
2. Choose your printing option:

Option 1. We take care of the printing for you. You just need to select a quantity.
Option 2. You want to print by yourself. This is the DIY option. Select the Printable Pdf in the drop-down menu.

1. Customize your stationery with :
   - Your wording
   - Your colours> Colour Guide
   
   
2. Once you've placed your order, we'll design your stationery with your wordings and colours.
   Within the 3 following working days, we'll send you a digital proof (.Jpg file) for validation.
   We offer you 2 free rounds of changes which means 3 proofs in total.
   
   Please note that all changes need to be on the same design meaning that you can not change your mind and go for another design option. Any extra proof will be charged £25 each.
   
   
3. Congrats, you approved your final proof !
   According to the printing option you have selected we will :
   - Start the printing process,
   - Or send you a high resolution printable Pdf of your order by email.
   We'll try to fit as many elements as possible in a A4 so you can easily print at home. We know that international sizes of paper can vary, so please let us know if you require another format then A4.

Timing

Pepper & Joy will dispatch your parcel within around 10-15 working days after we received your validation.
Please note: depending on the time of the year, our workload can be heavier and timings might be slightly longer.

When possible, we recommend that you place your orders:
- Invitations: around 1 month in advance,
- Menus and other stationery elements for the Big Day, 3 weeks in advance.
- Guest books require only a few days for design and production, therefore we recommend you place your order 10 days in advance.

If you need to place an urgent order, please email us and we'll see if we can make it on time.

Shipping

We are happy to organize deliveries everywhere in the world. Prices and timings will differ according to the courier service.

Refund

For the printed option: Once you have approved your designs, we'll start to print your order. It will then be not refundable or exchangeable.>
We advise you to take really good care when you approve the PDF file, every re-printing will be charged.

Payment :

We use Paypal as it is one of the best and safest payment platform on the internet. You don't need to have a Paypal account, the website accepts credit cards, visa and mastercards.
